At our manufacturing facility, we have adopted processes which generates minimal effluents. The dilute effluents after primary treatment are sent to common effluent treatment facility. The concentrated effluents are sent for spray drying at green environment society. The plant is designed for multiple products and the equipment are dedicated for each shed. The synthesis, drying and standardization are designed to avoid any cross contamination of product at any stage. We are producing ice in our own setup and using soft water to control insolubles and hardness in the product.

Fortunately, all azo dyes and synthetic food colours requires identical set of equipment and that is the reason why we are producing wide range of dyestuffs and synthetic food colours. Our deliveries are prompt since we always anticipate and keep buffer stocks for all our clients. Our present plant manufacturing capacity is 1000 MTA which is expandable upto 2000 MTA in future.
